Reno Henrique, what a great trainer!! Punctual, friendly, and so encouraging. I've had a history of spine injuries and back pain, but he makes sure that my form and techniques are correct at all times. Thanks to his unwavering support, guidance, and expertise, I'm no longer afraid to move my body and try exercises that I never thought I'd be able to do because of my underlying back condition. I honestly can't say enough good things about Reno and his knowledge in all things personal training related. From the basic principles all the way through nutrition. I was a total gym newbie when I started with him but now I have an abundance of confidence walking into any facility, using any equipment, and knowing how to adapt my sessions to what is available. I had a few physical issues/limitations for him to work with and guide me through. I've done hair for 30 years and it is absolute 'Reno Magic' that my shoulders do not bother me AT ALL anymore. I also have a fairly complex hip condition that he worked around with ease. I am SO much stronger and balanced now. His attitude and personality are aptly fit for his profession. He's patient, yet firm, and motivational when you're having a bad day, but we also had lots of laughs. Always easy to talk to either in the session or on the gym floor. Great guy.

I have started my Personal Training with Reno for almost three months now and I have been enjoying the experience with him and also reached my goal three months earlier! Reno is one of the most professional trainers I have worked with and trust me I have worked with multiple bad ones before and got myself injured. He truly cares about his clients and is always dedicated to you for the whole session. I have been enjoying my PT time so far and I'm planning to train with Reno long term.

My trainer Reno is exceptional in the way that he explains WHY we are doing things and how they will help me not just telling me to do them. The Personal Training is the best I've ever had. My trainer Reno Henrique has taught me more about form and proper movements than every trainer I've ever had combined. He worked with me to identify my goals and then built me a custom plan to achieve them. I have lower back issues and he has modified movements to address my concerns. When I joined the gym, working with a Personal Trainer was the last thing I thought I would do. During my assessments with Reno we discussed my current concerns, how I can start to work through them, and how he could help me succeed. After 3 months of working with Reno twice a week my stability, mobility, strength and endurance have improved significantly.
I had a few personal challenges outside of the gym and Reno did a great job setting up a training schedule that could be modified to adjust the workout to help me physically and/or emotionally. I have come to look forward to my workouts, even on a bad day, knowing I will feel better when done.

I am so very appreciative of Reno. Currently, we're working on my strength phase (my favourite phase! I live for this phase!) and corrective work. He has helped me with a whole laundry list of issues after becoming inactive with my workouts for the past 4-5 years before I started training with him 2 years ago.

With the corrective work he has given me, I have had some very good results to the point where my hips are not twisting or needing chiropractic adjustments anywhere near as much.

He has helped me regain my strength, muscles, and my confidence in my body, and my love for being active and working out again. It seemed like I was falling apart like Humpty Dumpty, and no hope of ever feeling better again! Not anymore! 10/10 I will never stop training again.

Working with Reno has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. When I switched to a new gym, I wanted to take full advantage of the fresh start by teaming up with a trainer who specialized in Powerlifting - and Reno exceeded my expectations. He introduced me to a new workout protocol that incorporates dynamic stretching and mobility work before each session. This not only primes my body for the workout but also has kept me injury-free, which is a huge win.

One of the standout aspects of Reno's training is the emphasis on proper setup and technique for every lift. I signed up at the gym for the price, variety of classes, and family swim, but I stay because of my trainer Reno. He pushes me farther than I thought I could go with strength training and understands my goals and how to get me there. I have never in my 55 years been able to stay committed to any wellness program, until over 4 years ago when I met Reno. Reno led my introductory session at the gym, we discussed my ailments and my inability to commit to going to the gym because I was "too busy". We discussed how "too busy" mean it was not a priority of mine, so I decided to try making strength training a priority for 3 months. 4.5 years later it continues to be a priority.

My career was working behind a desk and I have always been clumsy - tripping, falling, walking into things. This left me with a sore neck, shoulders, painful knees, weak ankles and back - to name a few things. With Reno's extensive knowledge of anatomy, movement, and corrective work for pain and injury relief, we were able to adapt the program and workouts to what I needed and could do at the time. I am still clumsy, but I do not hurt myself as often.
