This will be a service offered and priced accordingly to accommodate those still wanting to work with and learn from me to an extent but are not wanting or able to afford the monthly coaching aspects and other benefits of the Elevate and Mastery Tiers. What's Included: - Comprehensive Health and Fitness Consultation - 4 Weeks of Custom Workout Programming - Guidance on how to take and track Health and Fitness Metrics - No Monthly Workout or Nutrition and Lifestyle Habit Coaching - No Weekly Scheduled Contact (still available to answer questions about the program made) - Restricted Access to an In-Depth, Industry-Leading, User-Friendly App to take with you everywhere you go to view and track all of your Health and Fitness Metrics, Measurements, and Workouts, Utilize Exercise Videos, and have Limited Direct Coach Communication Access.
